Ingredients: Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, may contain malted barley flour), cinnamon chips (sugar, palm oil, cinnamon, non-fat dry milk and soy lecithin (an emulsifier)), sugar, dried sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes, maltodextrin, corn starch, sunflower lecithin), canola or soybean oil, and soy flour. Contains 2% or less of the following: sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, salt, spices, buttermilk, egg whites, natural and artificial flavors. This mix contains wheat, dairy, and egg products and may contain traces of soy, or tree nuts.
