This is a professional flour blend designed specifically for pizza dough. It is not intended for bread loaves.
This blend does not include yeast or salt. Do not add too much salt, more than 1/2 teaspoon per large pizza, as salt kills yeast. If you want a saltier pizza, sprinkle salt on the pizza.
